Conformity

Everyone wants to fit in and students and teachers are the same. If I am going to lead I have to step out of what has been done and thought of before. I need to re-imagine learning and especially long term memory. I think short term knowledge and skill learning is wonderful but can a student sustain it become their grade level.

This happens in Maths and English and other subjects. I just want students to have a long term memory of the facts and the ability to think and create on the spot and think about 'new answers' to the same questions and assignments. There is too much conformity of thinking about ideas and concepts. Students can't take ideas and expand upon them and I'm talking about primary level grade six. This is not acceptable.
